Regulatory Update 25/2009 provided notification of the future withdrawal of bifenthrin from the plant protection products market. This Regulatory Update now provides the dates for withdrawal of bifenthrin products.
The EC Decision (2009/887/EC) was published on 4 December 2009. The UK has three professional products and eighteen amateur products that must now be revoked in order to withdraw these products from the market and comply with the EC Decision.
