On 5 October 2009 at Northampton Magistrates Court, following legal proceedings taken by Northamptonshire Trading Standards, Cypress Manufacturing Ltd, Extreme Green International, and Rodney Donmall, (Director of Cypress Manufacturing Ltd) were convicted of offences related to the sale of an unapproved pesticide product.
