I have been battling away at this food chain approach to skills in the Fruit and Vegetable Task Force We at STC do this in our reconnection work Julian and Julie do with the primary school children . Tom Salmon and I are busy beavering away to try and build connections with secondary schools We have our first meeting in November . Hopefully this initiative will allow the 14-19 Diploma to be designed to illustrate a career continuum and not just picking tomatoes only . We see the STC involvement in these areas as very much as part of your technology facilities( STC is owned by you) taking part in building the image of our industry .
